Surah She that disputes [Al-Mujadila] Ayah 22 Location Madanah Number 58
ٱلَّذِينَ يُظَٰهِرُونَ مِنكُم مِّن نِّسَآئِهِم مَّا هُنَّ أُمَّهَٰتِهِمۡۖ إِنۡ أُمَّهَٰتُهُمۡ إِلَّا ٱلَّٰٓـِٔي وَلَدۡنَهُمۡۚ وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَيَقُولُونَ مُنكَرٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَزُورٗاۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَعَفُوٌّ غَفُورٞ [٢]
നിങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില് തങ്ങളുടെ ഭാര്യമാരെ മാതാക്കള്ക്ക് തുല്യമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നവര്(1) (അബദ്ധമാകുന്നു ചെയ്യുന്നത്.) അവര് (ഭാര്യമാര്) അവരുടെ മാതാക്കളല്ല. അവരുടെ മാതാക്കള് അവരെ പ്രസവിച്ച സ്ത്രീകള് അല്ലാതെ മറ്റാരുമല്ല. തീര്ച്ചയായും അവര് നിഷിദ്ധമായ വാക്കും അസത്യവുമാണ് പറയുന്നത്. തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു അധികം മാപ്പുനല്കുന്നവനും പൊറുക്കുന്നവനുമാണ്.
